Who’s who and what to do if you have a problem
On the Potted Website under the support tab you will find ‘Our Team’
Our Team – Potted (pottedinsl.com) Here it lists the staff members from the Owners to the CSRs and those in between.
There is always generally a CSR available in the main Potted group. Come on in and have a chat, show off your harvests or if you need help you can ask there.
If you have an issue there could be a quick fix like re rezzing the plant/pot/seed/composter – or the issue might need more support and a ticket will need to be sent in. Which can be done via this link Support – Potted (pottedinsl.com) We aim to turn around your ticket as quickly as possible but please do allow up to 72 hours for a response.
