Hey, and welcome to, Tales from a Potted shed, a new blog type post that I will be sharing on the website weekly to highlight some of the goings on in Potted! and the community. Hoping that it evolves into a useful resource for everyone new and old to the Potted addiction, um I mean way of life.. Ermm.. GAME.. yes game!
If there is anything you would like to see included here, please drop me a Notecard in world (shaun82)
This week saw the main store take an Autumnal and somewhat spooky feel when Floofy Waffle came along with her awesome decorating skills. It looks so much better than what the pesky CSRs managed to do back when the store reopened. Thanks Floofy!

As we moved into October we saw new LE seeds arrive. A nod to Oktoberfest – The largest Beer festival in the world. Held annually in Munich, Germany. Held from mid to late September through until the first Sunday in October. It brings in around 6 million international and national visitors a year where a massive 7.7 million litres (2,000,000 US gal) of beer were served.
Potted! got into the spirit by giving us some cute Spider and Ivy LEs along with the LE Oktoberfest Ivy Pots – Available though 10/31

Oktoberfest Ivy Pot – LE Light Lager with LE Amber Bubbles planted.
But these were not the only new LE pots in the store.
Next up we have the LE Pumpkin Patch Spider Pots and the LE Boohoo Ghost Philodendron Pots – Both available to purchase though 10/31

LE Pumpkin Patch – Classic – Spider Pot with Classic Green Planted
LE Boohoo Ghost – Fresh Linen – Philodendron Pot with LE Dark Heart Planted
Last but not least we saw the arrival of La Catrina Ivy Pots in the store – These look stunning with the New LE Ivy Seeds – be sure to check them out on the grid if you haven’t seen them yet.

La Catrina – Azteca Ivy Pot with LE Skull Flower planted.
To wrap up this weeks edition of Tales from a Potted shed I just wanted to mention that there is a cute little area in the store where the CSRs hold Demos. Mainly aimed at new players, we go from how to get started, to how best to use boosters to harvesting and composting. These Demos are generally held once a week. Please keep an eye on the group notices as times/days do change depending on availability.

With all of the Spooky goings on this month be sure to share your Potted! photos to the Potted! flickr page Get Potted in Second Life | Flickr
Until next time. Happy potting!
