This week I had the pleasure of meeting with another of the Potted Goddesses for a quick chat.

Can you build me a new one with mesh instead of this old sculpty stuff?

Mmmhmm…I think maybe. I haven’t tried buildings but if you don’t mind walls you can fall through I am sure I can manage it! But it is comfy cozy in here, I wouldn’t change it!

How did you first get involved in Potted?

Sooo that is a long story, the short of it is Cort loves to make plants and she hates to make pots. I LOVE TO MAKE POTS! Pots make me happy….I met her years ago when we both did butterflies….but we both built our own brands, she has Free Bird and I have BTW…we just crossed paths and tada! Right time, right place…the universe had plans.

What is your day to day role(s)?

I wake up….time to make the pots. I do the mesh and texturing for them and the leaves, though Amanda helps with the leaves. It’s one of those fun projects we all enjoy. I also set up the Satellite Stores for our Official Market Owners…like you!

What is one thing LL could change to make your job easier?

They just added in PBR materials and while that is a new thing and may take a while to iron out, its exciting for the look of mesh….so I am glad for the advancement they are showing, but really the inventory asset issues could be fixed…that would help so very much for us and our customers I think.

What Pot is your favorite, and then which plant?

Which pot is my favorite?! What sort of question is that? I love them all….I mean I guess if I had to choose…I really love the Forest Friends Pot…its fanciful and elegant…but also the purses are so fun! Oh Oh and the….sorry sorry….Ummm….I love all the plants, but the Spider one is my heart. Poor baby, it only has so much room to texture on so…you gotta get a little creative but I love it! It was the first one I textured so I have a soft spot for her! YES She is a she….I think….

Something random…..
If you could be an animal for the day what would you be?

A cat…definitely a cat. Not because I am like a cat but because they seem so relaxed and so “I do not care” and I think I’d like a day of that…to just have no anxiousness and just….relax. Can you imagine?!

I did ask one other question to which was answered with pictures – Do you have any WIPs for me Krysta?

Thanks Krysta for taking the time to answer the questions. I’m excited by these WIPs I’m sure everyone else will be too. That Gingerbread Man is adorable!
