Welcome back to the Shed, this week I want to shine a light on the Community. The amazing Potted community! Last week I left you with the above image, it was a teaser for something to come. I saw guesses on the Facebook page and speculation in the groups as to what it could be. We didn’t have to wait too long to find out.
In support of ‘Treats for Trunks’ Potted gave us 6 new seeds, giving 100% of each sale to Gentle Giants – with the aim of adopting 2 new baby Elephants into the Potted herd!
The AMAZING Potted community raised L$473,996 !!!! That means food and medical supplies for our already adopted Elephants and we were able to adopt the adorable babies in the pictures below. A huge thank you to everyone!

Sleepy Hollow

Potted treated the Community to the Sleepy Hollow adventure, held over 3 days 29-31st Oct.
It was great to see so many taking on the sim wide hunt and maze. There was enjoyment and frustration as some went round in circles in the maze (yes I went round in circles too!) We hope you had as much fun as the team did putting the event together.

Markets

Another great resource to Potted Community is the Official Markets.
Whether you are looking to buy or sell something, or just want to see how something looks, the Markets are a great place to start and look around. Many times I have spotted a plant in a particular pot then had to go and put the same combination together, having never considered it before. It is such a great thing that many plants look good in so many different pots, shapes, size and colors. The choice is almost endless.
