We want to let everyone know about an important update regarding Harvest Bowls in Potted.

As of April 28, 2025, we released Harvest Bowl v2.0. This update brings the bowls in line with the current direction of the game. The old version of the bowls officially retired that date, but we did not cut off functionality at that time. However, to make sure everything on the grid stays consistent, we will be ending support and functionality for those older Harvest Bowls.

What You Need to Do

– If you still have an older version of a Harvest Bowl (anything before v2.0), you will need to file a support ticket to exchange it for the new version.

– You can easily tell if you have older versions in inventory by searching “Harvest Bowl”. The new bowls’ name in inventory will say v2.0 if it is correct. All other versions need to be turned in.

– You’ll have 72 hours from the time of this announcement to initiate the exchange process.

– After you create a ticket about this issue, a CSR will be contacting you both in the ticket and inworld to swap out your bowls to the newest version.

– After that time, anyone continuing to harvest from outdated bowls may be placed on a temporary harvest hold until the bowl turn-in process is completed.

What’s Not Changing

– Seeds you’ve already harvested legitimately are safe. You do not need to return them.

– Only the bowls themselves need to be exchanged if they are not v2.0.

EULA Update

Alongside this change, we’ve also updated several sections of our End User License Agreement (EULA) following recent enforcement actions. We encourage all players to review the updated EULA.
