Level 2 is where we see Water showing up in the Pack, (higher levels get higher quantities) along with Harvest Boosters.
Just look at this cute Watering Can. Also please note. The Watering can now shows us in a hover text how much water is left in the can. A great new feature that Amanda has added for us.
Level 3
Level 3 we see that addition of Star Boosters. At this level you get Star Level 1 Boosters (Higher Levels get higher Level Boosters)

At Level 4 you will receive A cute Spider Pot. LE Family Dinner.
